Adding a smile online
AMI approached designworks to develop a customer facing website that would drive customers to their branch, ensuring personal service and delivery of their brand promise. The same is true for AMI's subsidiary company, "CLIC" targeting the private vehicle market. They provide insurance to customers who are considered to be 'non-standard risks' by mainstream general insurers.
At the same time we developed AMI's intranet, "mysite" which helps to connect staff throughout the country, providing insight into whatâ€™s happening in other regions and the company as a whole. Launch collateral was designed to assist employees in using mysite, getting people to feel personally involved - putting the 'my' into 'mysite'.
