Melbourne Talent
Our New Designworkers

Over the last few months, Designworks Melbourne has added two new additions to its team: Paul Monkivtich joins as Design Director and Andreas Pranoto as Designer.

Paul brings over a decade of professional experience from both Australia and the UK. Paul is a strong believer in good design equalling good business, with experience ranging across multiple disciplines. Paul worked for several years as Design Director at communications company Cornwell, honing his skills on a range of projects including the rebranding of RACV, international architectural firm Woods Bagot, Queensland Rail and QR National.  In this role he also worked on smaller, cultural-based projects such as the development of Melbourne Prize and Arc One Gallery. Prior to this, Paul was part of the exhibition team at the National Gallery of Victoria.

Paul’s work has been featured in many international publications and local industry awards. Away from work he has a strong interest in art, film, interior design and travel.

Andreas, originally from Indonesia, studied Communication Design at Melbourne’s RMIT University. After graduating in 2008, Andreas was appointed an internship at design agency Frost. On completion of his internship, he was offered a full time position where he worked on a range of clients including the Sydney Airport corporate and retail identity, Qantas and Broken Hill. Outside of work Andreas enjoys card games, food and comics.

Paul and Andreas bring to the team a range of new skills and perspectives. We are excited to be working with you both!
