Designworks helped New Zealand Post turn an underperforming asset – its philatelic stores – into a powerful new retail brand. REAL Aotearoa was conceived as a standalone brand that delivers an authentic Kiwi experience through the quality products on offer and the sophistication of the shop's gallery-like design. The new brand resulted in a 200% increase in customer volumes, 150% increase in customer purchasing and increase in average customer spend from $30 to $75.
