Guardian Health Care
After years of massive growth, including the acquisition of several businesses, Guardian Health Care had become the country's largest provider of aged care services but its public profile did not match its leadership position.
In a sector characterised by facilities being built and run by property developers, designworks worked with Guardian to identify that the company's core point of difference was its most important asset its people. A strategy and visual personality was built around the Single Organising Idea of 'Wholehearted Care' to signal to everyone, both inside the company and out, that Guardian's core focus was to provide the most compassionate and all encompassing care.
