Westpac

Westpac was the first financial institution in New Zealand to publicly commit to corporate social responsibility. In I Never Knew You Cared designworks synthesised feedback from stakeholder workshop groups into a series of key areas of concern, explained the process for improvement and formalised Westpac's ongoing commitments to staff, customers and New Zealand as a whole. The follow up report How We Measure Up is a tangible record of the results the bank has achieved and demonstrates the belief that actions speak louder than words.
